Purdue will play Boston College in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, as announced on Wednesday.

Part of Purdue's schedule is set. The Boilermakers will battle Boston College at Mackey Arena as part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. The game will be played on Wednesday, Dec. 4.

Purdue has won its last four matchups in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge, which is tied for the longest active winning streak. The Boilermakers earned a win at Clemson in last year's event.

The Boilermakers last met Boston College in 2008 at Madison Square Garden, a game which saw sophomore guard E'Twaun Moore post 19 points in a 71-64 win. Purdue also earned a win over the Golden Eagles in 1978.

The annual clash between the two conferences is highlighted this year by matchups of Indiana and Syracuse, Michigan and Duke, and North Carolina and Michigan State.

Game times and television designations have yet to be assigned.
